Peel and chop potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces.
In medium pot cover potatoes with cold water and boil over medium/high heat until tender enough to mash with a tong.
While potatoes are boiling, cook ground beef in a medium pan.
Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
When ground beef is fully cooked, strain extra liquid, and return to stove.
Reduce heat to low about 5 to 10 minutes. Add corn, broccoli, and seasonings.
Mash potatoes and add butter. Add onion powder and salt to taste.
Spread ground beef mixture evenly along base of medium to large size baking dish.
Layer mashed potatoes evenly on top of ground beef mixture.
Add cheese evenly to top layer of meat and potatoes.
Place in oven 10 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
Remove from oven, serve, and enjoy!
